History
2007
Guoshun Textile Factory was officially established in Suzhou, starting to provide OEM/ODM textile services for international clients.
2014
The Verona Home brand was launched, targeting the mid-to-high-end home textile market and initiating its own brand development and global expansion.
2015–2017
Gradually built a core product portfolio including throw blankets, cushions, loungewear, bathrobes, baby products, and seasonal decorations.
2018
Factory expanded to 10,000 square meters, equipped with 50 fully automated wide-bed computerized knitting machines, achieving a daily production capacity of over 15,000 pieces.
2019
Obtained international certifications including OEKO-TEX®, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and GOTS, enhancing both environmental compliance and quality control systems.
2020–2022
Rapid expansion of customer network across North America, Europe, Australia, and Oceania. Established long-term partnerships with major supermarkets, premium brands, and e-commerce platforms. The in-house design team began launching 30+ new designs and patterns weekly, significantly increasing market responsiveness and product value.
2023
Successfully entered Japan, South Korea, and Middle Eastern markets, marking a new milestone in Verona’s global development and strategic diversification in Asia and the Middle East.
2025
Company staff grew to around 180 employees, covering departments such as design, sales, production, quality control, and warehousing — forming a highly efficient, fully integrated production and service system.
